2. Who owns each item? Who currently holds it? Who can grant publication, reproduction and derivative-use rights?
3. Would custody, title, digital-publication rights and authority to correct metadata remain together or separate?
4. Which third-party, institution-held, living-person, privacy, restitution or family restrictions must travel with the material?
5. Which identifiers remain stable, and how would local institutional identifiers cross-reference them?
6. Who maintains the public URLs, correction log, file fixity and future access derivatives?
7. What preservation actions are expected, and which are prohibited without consultation?
8. What event would activate a deposit, loan, succession or emergency-access arrangement?
9. What is the process for restriction, takedown, return, withdrawal or later transfer?
10. Which terms require a signed deed, loan agreement, data-processing agreement or other counsel-reviewed instrument?
